Our Reporting Progress
Bodraum's first ESG report covered FY2023, following a 2021 baseline for Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions. Its FY2024 and FY2025 reports continued to disclose environmental, social, and governance information with references to GRI, SASB, and TCFD. The 2025 report presents Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 198 tCO₂e (market-based Scope 2), 29.5% below the reported 2021 baseline. These are company-reported figures; the 2025 report does not include an independent external assurance opinion.

The FY2025 report includes $5.6M in diverse supplier spend, ten social enterprise partners, and an internal human rights policy effective in 2024.
Governance
Internal evidence review and documented reporting assumptions support accountable decisions. A formal ESG board committee was listed as a 2026 target.
