This growth was supported by formalizing a network of ten social enterprise partners, including women-led and disability-inclusive businesses, integrated directly into Bodraum’s sourcing strategy rather than treated as a separate program.
Supplier standards
Bodraum's Supplier Code of Conduct now covers 80% of total procurement spend, a rollout that moved our EcoVadis rating from Silver to Gold within a single assessment cycle. When supplier audits identify gaps, such as a waste management non-compliance finding, Bodraum works directly with the supplier on corrective action. One such engagement reduced a supplier's waste output by 20% in its first year.
